The OlympusMD approach
The 7 Pillars
of Health.
Whole-person care. Your starting point.
Our Seven Pillars are a framework for seeing the bigger picture. You can begin with one service or connect several areas of care — the plan should fit your life, your goals, and your clinical needs.

Seven perspectives.
One individual: you.
These pillars help organize the conversation. They are not a checklist everyone must complete, and they do not replace an individualized clinical evaluation.
Genetic Insight
Information that adds context.
Explore whether genetic or nutrigenomic testing could inform a useful conversation about your health. Results do not determine your future or replace clinical assessment, medical history, and appropriate screening.
Cellular Replenishment & Gut Health
Start with the foundations that matter to you.
Discuss nutrition, digestive concerns, hydration, and targeted nutrient support. Our IV range includes hydration and nutrient options, including Niagen (NR) and NAD+ IVs. Gut health can be part of a broader plan without being a required starting point.
Peptide Therapy
A conversation built around your goals.
Explore peptide education, supporting treatments, and individualized consultation. We discuss the evidence, regulatory status, limitations, and suitability of options. Each component of a proposed combination needs its own clinical rationale.
Weight Mastery
Focused medication care or a fuller journey.
Explore semaglutide and tirzepatide consultations. If you are looking for medication-focused care, start there. If you want more support, ask about nutrition, gut health, coaching, and a broader approach to metabolic health.
Hormonal Optimization
See the person behind the numbers.
Men’s and women’s hormone care can include targeted testing, TRT, menopause care, and discussion of delivery options. Symptoms, health history, and appropriate assessment guide treatment decisions.
Mood & Brain Resilience
Make space for how you feel.
Talk about sleep, stress, focus, and overall well-being. We can discuss contributing health factors and when mental health or specialist care is appropriate. Ketamine education is available, with treatment coordinated through specialized local providers.
Cellular Renewal, Performance & Recovery
Care for movement, recovery, and skin.
Explore SoftWave, PRP consultations, skin care, and Sylfirm X radiofrequency microneedling consultations. Each procedure needs its own assessment and risk discussion; benefits depend on the condition, technique, and individual response.
Come for one thing. Explore the whole picture. The choice of where to start is yours.
A plan should feel
personal, not prescribed.
You might want an IV visit, help with hormone symptoms, medication-focused weight care, or a more comprehensive approach. We help you understand the connections without making every service a requirement.
Before your visit
A few good questions.
Do I need all seven pillars?
No. This is a way to consider your whole health, not a mandatory package. You can begin with a single service and discuss additional support if and when it makes sense.
Is gut health required before weight-loss treatment?
No. We offer medication-focused weight-management consultations as well as a broader approach that can include nutrition and gut health. Your medical assessment still determines eligibility and treatment.
How are emerging treatments discussed?
We distinguish established treatments from investigational approaches. Research interest, a combination of products, or a wellness label does not prove safety or effectiveness. Ask about the exact product, evidence, alternatives, and regulatory status.
What should I know before a skin procedure?
Ask about the exact device or procedure, expected benefits, alternatives, and risks. RF microneedling can cause serious complications, including burns, scarring, fat loss, and nerve injury; a qualified clinician should assess suitability and explain the risks.
Thoughtful care includes informed choices.
The role of each service depends on your needs and its evidence. Your team can explain when a different treatment or specialist evaluation is appropriate.
