Different concerns.
Different options.

The location, cause, and duration of pain matter. A clinician helps you understand which options may be reasonable and when imaging, rehabilitation, or specialist care is the better next step.

SoftWave

SoftWave uses acoustic waves applied through the skin. Ask about a consultation for your specific concern, what a session involves, and the evidence supporting its use. Response and the number of sessions vary.

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP)

PRP uses a concentrate prepared from your own blood. It may be discussed for selected tendon or joint concerns; evidence varies by condition and it is not a promise of cartilage regrowth or a cure.

Medication-based care

When clinically appropriate, short-term medication options may be discussed, including ketorolac (Toradol) or other pain management. Health history, medications, and contraindications guide the decision.

Make room for a better plan.

A clear plan begins with a real conversation. Your needs, medical history, and preferences guide what comes next.

01

Understand the problem

Describe where it hurts, what brings it on, how long it has lasted, and what you have already tried. Bring relevant imaging or records.

02

Choose the right approach

Discuss likely benefits, limitations, alternatives, risks, and cost before beginning. Some concerns need a specialist or another treatment setting.

03

Reassess your progress

Keep your team informed about your response. Your plan can evolve with your comfort, function, and clinical needs.

Recovery is part
of the bigger picture.

Your care may also include a discussion of sleep, movement, nutrition, or underlying health concerns. Supporting services should have a clear purpose in your individual plan.

Hydration & nutrients

Explore our full IV range, including Niagen (NR) and NAD+ options, when appropriate. IV therapy does not replace evaluation of persistent pain.

Hormone & lab assessment

When symptoms point to a related concern, targeted testing or a hormone consultation may help guide next steps.

Peptide education

Ask about the evidence, regulatory status, and limitations of peptide-related approaches. Research interest does not establish that a product repairs injuries.

Before your visit

A few good questions.

Is SoftWave a procedure or an injection?

SoftWave is a noninvasive treatment applied through the skin with an acoustic-wave device. The team will explain what you may feel, potential side effects, and whether it is suitable for your concern.

Will I need a series of treatments?

That depends on your condition, treatment choice, and response. Your clinician will discuss a proposed plan and reassess along the way. No specific result or recovery timeline is guaranteed.

Can I discuss pain care by telehealth?

An initial conversation or follow-up may be possible by telehealth. Physical examination, SoftWave, PRP, and injections require an in-person visit.

What if my symptoms are sudden or severe?

This page is for planned care, not emergency treatment. Seek urgent medical attention for severe or rapidly worsening symptoms; call 911 for a medical emergency.
